NBN Co kicked off the process to revamping its Special Access Undertaking this week with a pricing options paper designed to kick start a industry discussion ahead of an ACCC roundtable later this month. The paper makes some concessions on the controversial CVC but is backed with research from Accenture predicting price rises at the lower end if the usage charge is completely removed. We are joined by NBN Co legal and regulatory head Jane Van Beelen and EGM, commercial pricing Ken Walliss to discuss the paper.
